Prior to joining Moore, I worked at the Big Four firm — KPMG, and subsequently held senior leadership roles at major Kazakhstan mining companies — KAZ Minerals PLC and Kazakhmys PLC. In these roles, I was responsible for investment planning, operational financing, and financial analysis. This experience enabled me to build strong expertise in both audit and corporate finance.
I have over 12 years of audit experience in total. At Moore, I lead audit engagements for large clients across the mining, energy, transport and logistics, and financial sectors. By combining in-depth audit knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of financial and business processes, I assist clients not only in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards but also in identifying practical ways to enhance their financial performance.
I hold a degree in Business Administration from KIMEP University, which has provided a solid foundation for my professional career.
