Prior to joining Moore in 2007, my career included roles at the Big Four firm — KPMG, academic work as a lecturer at KIMEP University, and senior leadership positions at Kazakhstan’s largest mining groups — KAZ Minerals and Kazakhmys. In these companies, I was responsible for the automation of financial processes and the preparation of financial statements in compliance with the requirements of the London Stock Exchange (LSE), gaining invaluable experience in international financial reporting and regulatory environments.
With over 20 years of experience in audit, I currently serve as the lead partner at Moore’s Almaty office. I oversee major audit engagements for listed groups and large corporate clients, with a particular focus on the consolidation of group financial statements. My portfolio spans a wide range of industries, including mining, manufacturing, financial services, information technology, and telecommunications.
I hold a Master’s degree from KIMEP University and earned my first degree from the Tomsk Institute of Automated Control Systems and Radioelectronics, which provided me with a strong foundation in both finance and technology.
My expertise extends to IT-audit, financial and management accounting, enabling to conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ IT systems and business processes and also to lead the implementation of digital solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency and quality of audit procedures and management transparency.
