I have over 20 years of experience in audit, accounting, and finance. Throughout my career, I have combined extensive practical expertise with a strong focus on developing audit methodology and advancing professional education in the field. I hold several international certifications, including CPIA (Certified Professional Internal Auditor), IFM (International Financial Manager), PFM (Professional Financial Manager), and CAP (Certified Accounting Practitioner), which reflect my commitment to maintaining global standards of excellence.
A key area of my professional focus is the development and delivery of training programs for accountants and auditors. I design and teach original courses that cover both methodological and practical aspects of accounting, auditing, IFRS application, and financial management. These programs are aimed at enhancing professional competencies and implementing modern, internationally aligned approaches in financial reporting and assurance.
At Moore, I lead the firm’s audit methodology function, ensuring our audit teams are equipped with up-to-date knowledge, tools, and best practices. My role includes training, technical support, and quality assurance across our engagements.
I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Financial Managers (ICFM, UK), Deputy Chair of the Committee for Continuing Professional Development at the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and a Member of the Council of the Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Kazakhstan.
