Bio
Head of the IT Consulting Group
My career in IT-consulting began with the development of a credit scoring model for Home Credit Bank, one of Kazakhstan’s leading financial institutions, and a collaborative research project with Czech partners exploring various credit scoring methodologies. This early experience laid a solid foundation for my further specialization in digital transformation and business technology solutions.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience as both a project manager and implementation consultant for ERP systems. More recently, I have been actively involved in supporting Oracle E-Business Suite projects, with a particular focus on financial modules and their customization to meet specific business requirements.
Currently, I lead the IT-consulting practice, managing end-to-end projects — from strategic planning and technology selection to solution implementation tailored to clients’ operational needs. My goal is to help organizations build efficient and future-ready digital ecosystems that align with modern business demands.
I hold a Master’s degree in Economics from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Japan. This interdisciplinary background provides me with a broad, international perspective on project leadership and organizational development.
