Vasily is a certified auditor with more than 20 years’ experience, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

He has substantial experience in financial reporting for the London Stock Exchange (KAZ Minerals PLC, Head of Department of Automation of Financial Projects; Kazakhmys PLC, Head of Financial Reporting), audit (KPMG, senior manager), lecturing (KIMEP) and finance (finance analysis and modeling). He is the author of a number of journal articles relating to accounting by subsoil users.

His audit practice covers the largest Kazakhstan companies in oil and gas sector, energy industry, manufacturing, transport and logistics, IT and communications.

Vasily graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management Economics and Strategic Research as well as Tomsk Institute of Automation and Electronics.
