Zhanna holds a Master's degree in Economics from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as well as a Master's degree in Political Science from Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (Japan).

Zhanna has considerable experience as a project manager and developer consultant for the implementation of ERP systems. During the last 5 years of work, she has been actively involved in projects to support Oracle E-business suite for financial modules. Prior to working in IT, Zhanna had the opportunity to work for some time as a scoring model developer at HomeCredit Bank Kazakhstan, collaborated with Czech colleagues to study various models for developing scoring.
