Starting from September 28, 2025, the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan comes into force, introducing amendments to the Rules for the provision of public services in the field of state registration of legal entities and accounting registration of branches and representative offices.
From now on, foreign founders of small and medium-sized businesses will be required to additionally provide a copy of a legalized extract from the trade register or another legalized document confirming that the founder is a legal entity under the laws of its home country. This document must be accompanied by a notarized translation into Kazakh and Russian.
