Introduction

Starting from 2026, Astana Hub has introduced stricter monitoring of residents’ compliance with the technopark requirements.

In particular, Astana Hub participants with annual revenues exceeding KZT 100 million are now required to annually confirm that their activities comply with the List of Priority Activities in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) and with the required income structure.

Each year, by July 1, Astana Hub participants must submit the results of an independent review. This requirement is directly linked to maintaining Astana Hub participant status and eligibility for tax benefits.

Moore Kazakhstan provides Astana Hub Compliance Review services through agreed-upon procedures in accordance with the International Standard on Related Services ISRS 4400.

Our specialists have experience supporting IT companies, software developers, digital platforms, SaaS projects, and other participants in the technology sector.

Following the review, we provide an agreed-upon procedures report that may be used to fulfill Astana Hub requirements and for submission to the regulator.
