I am a professional lawyer with 15 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and procedural law. Before joining Moore, I worked successfully in international companies, providing comprehensive legal support for business operations in Kazakhstan.
 
Within my practice at Moore, I have been actively involved in conducting due diligence for investment projects and mining enterprises, which has allowed me to gain significant experience and a deep understanding of the industry’s specifics.
 
I provide advisory services to both international and local clients on civil, administrative, and labor law, as well as international taxation and transfer pricing. My practice also includes conducting audits in the areas of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF), along with delivering ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance) services. These offerings aim not only to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance but also to enhance stakeholder trust and support sustainable business growth.
 
I earned my law degree from the Kazakh State Law Academy.
