In response to a query from the Kazakhstan representative office of an international network, tax consultants from Moore Kazakhstan conducted a review of the Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Corporate Income Tax (CIT) withheld at the source of royalty payments.
